Return Policy


Easy Returns


We offer easy returns. In addition, you may be covered by Databug's replacement warranty against defects or, malfunction.
Almost all products sold at this Website are covered by the Databug’s limited warranty against defects or, malfunction.
The warranty period varies from 6 Months to 3 Year depending on the product. This warranty period is mentioned on the
product description page. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please read our return policy first.


Request a Return Authorization (RMA)

If you're not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return the item, please request a return authorization from Databug
prior to returning the item.
To request a return authorizations, please email us returns@databug.com or, call Databug
customer care at 718-886-8000. Customer service business hours are Monday thru Friday
10 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
To issue an RA Databug will require the following information from you:

  1. Invoice number
  2. P/N or model number of the product
  3. Item serial number
  4. The reason for return
  5. Whether you want a replacement/exchange or refund

Once you have been issued an RA number, you must ship the product so that it reaches our Returns Processing Center within
10 business days.

Prepare and Ship Your Return
Once you have been issued an RA number, you must ship the product so that it reaches our Returns Processing Center within
10 business days. Please make sure-

  • All returning items must include original manufacturer box, manual and accessories.
  • The RA number must appear on the shipping label. Please do not write RA number on the original manufacturer box.
  • Please do not use the manufacturer box for shipping
  • All boxes should be securely packed with anti-static bags and adequate padding to prevent damage during shipping.
  • We recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for returning a product back to us and, bear associated shipping/insurance charges in the case
of non defective products.
We are not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.


Refund
You can request a return for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. Shipping & handling fees (if any) are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. After 45-days you may return a
product only for a replacement provided that the product is under Databug warranty.

Restocking Fee
Return items must be unused. Product can be returned only for refund or replacement for defective item only. If you have
opened the product and/or broken any manufacturer seals then, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee.

Damaged Item
Please notify the shipping agents (UPS / FedEx / USPS) immediately if you receive a damaged box. If you suspect the
merchandise has been damaged during shipment please refuse the box.

International Shipment
We no longer ship abroad. Please note that if you buy from us then, forward/re-ship abroad it voids our warranty. We
cannot be held responsible for any violation of law and we are not responsible for issuing return authorization to another
country or, provide International return label.


Databug Replacement Warranty

page. In case of a malfunction within the warranty period you can request for a replacement.

Conditions of Databug Warranty-

> Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies to normal consumer use only, and is void
when the
product is used in any ways that it was not designed for.

> This warranty is void if the product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or
unauthorized
modification.

> Return items must be unused. Product can be returned only for refund or replacement for defective item only.

> This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. In addition, proof of purchase
must be
demonstrated.

> Repair or replacement of the product (or, if repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund of the purchase price) is the
exclusive
remedy of the consumer under this warranty. Databug LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages for
breach of this warranty or any implied warranty on this product.

> Warranty is effective only upon the purchase of this limited warranty and the associated product.

> This warranty is extended only to the customer and merchandise listed on the original invoice.

> Any Refund amount or, Databug’s warranty coverage benefits and/or Databug’s total liability shall not exceed the invoice
amount
of the product that the customer paid.

THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY IF THIS PRODUCT: (a)IS MODIFIED OR TAMPERED WITH; (b) IS DAMAGED BY
NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, UNREASONABLE USE, OR BY OTHER CAUSES UNRELATED TO DEFECTIVE MATERIALS
OR WORKMANSHIP; OR (c) HAS HAD THE SERIAL NUMBER ALTERED, DEFACED OR REMOVED. IN NO EVENT
SHALL DATABUG LLC BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE
BREACH OF ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES.
